Development of Retailer Own Label
Our experience of working within in the major multiples and our on-going involvement with own label projects allows us to deliver first hand insight and support with the requirements and delivery of the Retailer own label processes.
Category Management
By adopting a category management approach, a collaborative working relationship between the manufacturer and the retailer can be achieved. By helping to understand how a brand fits into the total category we can provide clarity on the brands future strategy with the aim of commercial growth.
Data Insight
We provide both manufacturers and retailers with analysis and interpretation of their range performance and how this fits with the wider market and current consumer trends.

• Using real life EPOS data, we measure product performance and provide recommendations.

• We have a working relationship with Kantar Worldpanel and Dunnhumby which gives us access to UK market data from total grocery to category Specific level.

• We have immediate access to over 21,000 market reports specifically relating to Food & Drink

Deliver Operational Excellence
We provide a ‘virtual’ UK office to manage the supply chain and administration for food & drink businesses working with the major retailers. For some clients, particularly those not UK based this includes forecasting the flow of goods into UK consolidators. With direct links to retail teams, we effectively communicate in retailer ‘speak’ to ensure that each business is professionally represented.

Who we are

Working together for 10 years - Subrosa are a team of food and drink industry professionals with experience across a large number of FMCG categories within the major multiples and their supply base.  The team of 6 consultants each contribute a different skill set to the business - with their previous experience encompassing senior buying positions in ASDA and Sainsburys as well as roles in Brand Marketing, Category Management, Finance, Senior Account Manager and Supply Chain Management.
