Preparing for launch

We handle the new product set up for you, including advice on depot shelf life, packaging and retailer specific barcodes. We work closely with the retailers’ supply and commercial contacts to ensure a smooth launch.

Retailer administration

We manage cost price increase implementation, promotional nomination input, retailer non-conformance management, barcode compliance and retailer funding agreements.

Forecasting and order management

We liaise with the retailers and your manufacturers on volumes and ongoing forecasts, including advice on seasonal and promotional uplifts. We also manage the import and export of goods.

Route to market

Either direct or through a consolidation model – you may need advice on the best route to market. We help by including cost analysis, primary transport links, forecasts and storage volumes, retailer order patterns including seasonal management and Brexit capabilities.

Stock management

We manage end-to-end stock, shelf life, shorts and order discrepancies, including liaison with third party logistic partners and retailers to minimise impact where possible. We assist with residual short-dated stock clearance and we’re proud of our established and collaborative working relationships with all the major UK retailers and wholesalers.

EDI and accounts support

Provide full back-office administration support including the receipt of retailer EDI orders and return of invoices. EPOD verification for invoice approvals and management of cash flow.
